                                                                      Flex Board Installation and Maintenance
This document outlines the terms and conditions for flex board installation and maintenance services provided by GOD INC ADS    WORK
   I. General Terms and Conditions:
 1. Flex Board Installation: GOD INC ADS WORK will install the flex board at the agreed upon location, adhering to local municipal and RTO regulations.
 2. Repair and Maintenance:
2.1 Flex Damage: In case of flex damage, repair charges will be applicable. GOD INC ADS WORK will provide repair services upon  request.
2.2 Theft and Vandalism: The client is responsible for any theft or vandalism damage to the flex board. Repair costs will be borne by the client.
2.3 Local Permissions: Before installation, the client must obtain necessary local municipal
and RTO permissions.

 3. Liability: 
3.1 Physical Injuries and Property Damage: GOD INC ADS WORK is not liable for any physical injuries or damage to persons, vehicles, or property caused by the flex board. The client assumes full responsibility for any such incidents. 
3.2 Third-Party Claims: The client is responsible for addressing any third-party claims arising from the flex board. 
3.3 Board Falling: If the flex board falls onto a vehicle or person, or if it causes a death, the client will be solely responsible, and GOD INC ADS WORK will not be liable in any way.

   II. Additional Considerations:

1. Board Removal: If the client wishes to remove the flex board before the agreed-upon duration, removal charges may apply.
2. Weather Conditions: GOD INC ADS WORK is not responsible for any damage to the flex board caused by extreme weather conditions.
3.  Modifications: Any modifications to the flex board after installation will be subject to additional charges.
4. Force Majeure: GOD INC ADS WORK is not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, or government
rest restrictions.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the client acknowledges and accepts the responsibilities and liabilities outlined herein.
